All items are covered by our shipping policy.
Shipping Policy
1.1 All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
1.2 We do not ship orders during weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping
2.1 Domestic shipments are handled by the carrier GLS.
2.2 Small Volume products have a shipping cost of €5.00 to any part of the country (Mainland Portugal and Islands).
2.3 Large Volume products have a shipping cost of €10.00 to any part of the country (Mainland Portugal and Islands).
International Shipping
3.1 We ship our products to all countries.
3.2 Shipments to European mainland countries are handled by the carrier GLS. For other countries, shipments are handled via CTT.
3.3 Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and follow these rules:
- Small Volume products have a shipping cost of €10.00 for Intracomunitary European countries and €15.00 for Extracomunitary Europe and the rest of the world.
- Large Volume products have a shipping cost of €20.00 for Intracomunitary European countries, €30.00 for Extracomunitary Europe, and €50.00 for the rest of the world. 3.4 Your order may be subject to import duties (including VAT) which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination country. RacksCo. is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Status
4.1 When your order is shipped, we will send an email notification with the tracking number so you can monitor the status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated on the carrier's website.
4.2 If you have not received your order within 7 days after receiving the shipment confirmation email, please contact us at info@racksco.com with your name and order number so we can investigate the issue.
